Victoria Edmond
FOUNDING DIRECTOR
Victoria is the Founding Director of Rainbow Bridge Family Day Care and plays a central role in leading and overseeing the service.
As the Nominated Supervisor and person in day-to-day charge, Victoria is responsible for ensuring Rainbow Bridge operates in accordance with the National Quality Framework, relevant legislation and regulations, government requirements and the service's policies and procedures.
With extensive knowledge and experience in Family Day Care, Victoria works closely with the management team to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and practice, while continuing to support the educators, children and families within the Rainbow Bridge community.
Victoria is supported by Marta, Karen, Kirsten, Princess and the wider management team, who work together across the many areas of the service to ensure Rainbow Bridge continues to operate smoothly and effectively.
Marta Koncz
DIRECTOR & ACCOUNTS
Marta is a Director and the Accounts Manager at Rainbow Bridge Family Day Care, overseeing the financial and administrative side of the service.
With her qualifications as an accountant and many years of experience, Marta brings a high level of knowledge, accuracy and professionalism to her role. She manages family accounts, invoicing, payments, Child Care Subsidy administration and educator payments, ensuring everything is processed accurately and efficiently.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to getting things right, Marta plays an important role in keeping the financial operations of Rainbow Bridge running smoothly.
Karen Compton
COORDINATOR & COMPLIANCE WIZZ
Karen is an experienced member of the Rainbow Bridge management team, bringing over 17 years of experience as a Family Day Care Educator and a wealth of knowledge from within the sector.
As a Coordinator, Karen supports the service across compliance, enrolments and day-to-day operations. Her extensive experience in Family Day Care, combined with her exceptional eye for detail, makes her a valued part of the Rainbow Bridge team.
Karen is based in the Northern Rivers and is passionate about supporting educators and families while ensuring the service continues to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and practice.
Kirsten Horner
COORDINATOR
Kirsten brings over 30 years of experience in the early childhood sector, with 12 of those years dedicated to Family Day Care. Her extensive experience has given her a deep understanding of the sector and the unique needs of Family Day Care educators.
As a Coordinator, Kirsten is a strong advocate for our educators, visiting them in their homes to offer support, guidance and practical advice. She is always available to listen, share her knowledge and help educators feel confident in their practice.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Kirsten is a friendly and familiar face for our educators and an important source of encouragement and support within the Rainbow Bridge community.
Princess Despi
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Princess is our Administrative Manager, working behind the scenes to help ensure the systems, processes and day-to-day administration of Rainbow Bridge run smoothly and efficiently.
Princess supports the management team across a wide range of administrative responsibilities, keeping systems organised, information up to date and tasks progressing behind the scenes. She is always willing to step in and assist wherever needed, helping to keep the many moving parts of the service on track.
With her flexible and supportive approach, Princess is an integral part of the Rainbow Bridge team, helping to ensure the service operates efficiently and that the management team has the administrative support they need.
