Say Hi to Kristen

Kristen’s Meroo Views Family Day Care service is situated in quiet cult de sac in Bomaderry, NSW.

Kristen has experience as a Family Day Care provider and is currently completing her Certificate III in Childcare.

Kristen is a mother to three beautiful girls and she has a keen interest in natural health and wholefoods cooking.

Kristen is a kind, patient and gentle carer, who is passionate about providing a nurturing environment that enables children to develop their physical, intellectual, emotional and social skills through a play-based approach to learning.

Creative fun outdoors

When the weather permits, children will spend quality time outside watering, growing and harvesting plants, fruits and vegetables, climbing tree stumps, balancing on wooden beams, playing in the sandpit, using the outdoor kitchen, feeding the chickens and running around the large back yard.

There is also a large alfresco area in the event the weather turns.

Excursions

On occasion, Kristen will take the children across the road to visit the cows in the paddock and to watch the train ride by.

Indoor Play

Inside there is a quite reading corner, a market stall where children can play shopkeepers, a selection of items collected from nature including shells, stones, pinecones and gumnuts, as well as a dedicated play room full of wonderful toys including puzzles, a train set, a slide and plenty of costumes for playing dress ups.

Kristen’s goal is to have children use their imaginations, be inquisitive, explore and learn while having fun in a safe and nurturing environment.

When children are all tuckered out, there is a quite room where children can rest in peace.
